my heart is wet with the heavy rain in the forest

things from today:

• walked in a different neighborhood than usual
• had remote therapy while 3 people played tennis
• unscrewed a lot of knobs
• saw a singular dog in a skinny triangle dog run
• saw a 10 foot tall skeleton holding a severed human head
• mulled so much i got oversteeped and bitter
• read the back of someone's sweatshirt ("NO SENSE OF PERSONAL STYLE? RUNNING AWAY? FUCKFACE? TRY" then it got cut off)
• used a power washer for the first time
• probably breathed in a lot of drywall dust
• witnessed the sunset
• got a salmon poke bowl

yesterday i wrote in my journal "friendship is an unfamiliar animal"
that is ok, i'm working on it

i want something really quiet
